Do my clients need to create a RELEAZ account?
No. Clients use a secure magic link and never create a RELEAZ account. You can optionally set a portal password on any delivery when you want an extra gate. Share that password with your client separately.
How do you protect my files before payment?
We never expose your original Google Drive or Dropbox links. Files are streamed via our secure server proxy, protected with watermarks, and released only after a required approval step. Your source files are never accessible from the browser.
Who pays the payment gateway processing fees?
RELEAZ takes a localized flat Starter fee (GBP £2 · USD $3 · EUR €2.50 · AUD A$4 · SGD S$3.50 · CAD C$4). Stripe card and processing fees on your milestone amount apply to your connected Stripe account. You are the Merchant of Record. On Pro and Studio, there is no RELEAZ platform fee per transaction.
What happens when a link expires?
Expired links automatically revoke access to the preview and download portal. This protects you from old links shared or accessed months after a project closes.
Is RELEAZ a replacement for Google Drive or Dropbox?
No, and that is by design. RELEAZ wraps around your existing cloud storage. You keep working out of Drive or Dropbox. RELEAZ masks and secures those assets during the delivery process.
Can I deliver projects in stages?
Absolutely. Split a project into unlimited milestones on Pro and Studio that release one at a time. Starter supports up to 2 milestones: deposit and final handover.
