Cookie Policy
Last updated: July 23, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how RELEAZ (a trading name of Digital Motive Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 14651724, whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom) uses cookies and similar technologies on releaz.app and related services (the "Platform").
It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We may also use similar technologies such as local storage or session storage where required for the Platform to function. Cookies may be session-based or persistent.
2. How We Classify Cookies
We classify cookies into two categories consistent with UK and EU guidance:
- Strictly Necessary: required for core security, authentication, preference, and consent functions. These do not require consent under applicable ePrivacy rules, but we describe them here for transparency.
- Performance / Analytics: optional cookies and tags used to measure aggregated usage, campaign attribution, and improve the Platform. These are set only if you choose "Accept all" via our consent banner. Until then, analytics tags from authorised sub-processors are not loaded.
3. Strictly Necessary Cookies
Examples of purposes include:
- Maintaining a secure Creator session after sign-in through our identity and authentication partners.
- Recording your cookie consent choice (including the time of your choice) so we do not re-prompt on every visit and can demonstrate that a choice was made.
- Remembering interface preferences such as colour theme where enabled.
- Supporting security, load balancing, and fraud-prevention controls operated by managed infrastructure partners.
Without Strictly Necessary cookies, sign-in, dashboard access, and certain security features may not function.
4. Performance / Analytics Cookies
If you select "Accept all" (or an equivalent affirmative choice), we may enable Performance/Analytics technologies provided by authorised third-party sub-processors to collect aggregated page-view and performance metrics. We may also store campaign or referral parameters (for example utm_* and ref) associated with how you arrived at the Platform, for product and marketing measurement. These technologies are not used to control Client portal file delivery or Milestone payment flows.
Before you choose, campaign parameters from the URL may be held temporarily in session storage only (not as a persistent cookie) so that an "Accept all" choice can still record first-touch attribution. If you select "Essential only", that pending data is discarded and no attribution cookie is set.
You may decline Performance/Analytics cookies and continue to use core Platform features that rely only on Strictly Necessary cookies.
5. Cookies Set by Third Parties During Sign-In or Integrations
When you use third-party identity providers (for example Google sign-in) or connect Google Drive or Dropbox, those providers may set their own cookies during authentication. Such cookies are governed by the relevant provider's policies. Digital Motive does not control those cookies.
6. Managing Your Preferences
You can change your cookie choice at any time using (also linked in the site footer). That clears your stored preference, restores analytics consent to denied, and shows the banner again. You may also clear site data for the Platform in your browser or restrict cookies through browser settings. Blocking Strictly Necessary cookies may impair essential features.
7. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
