For video studios
One seamless portal for milestone delivery. Built for video and motion studios.
A professional client portal for video studios that need watermarked previews, revision tracking, protected Google Drive and Dropbox delivery, client sign-off, and clear payment and release.
Why teams switch
Keep original Drive and Dropbox shares private while clients review protected cuts, grades, and finals.
Stage deposit-to-finals as milestones, with free or paid release on each step.
Give clients a studio-ready handover with Scope Ledger revision rounds instead of scattered preview threads.
Key advantages
Built for the exact moment post-production gets tense
RELEAZ is designed for studios delivering high-value visuals, revisions, and final assets where certainty matters as much as speed.
Cloud-Masked Delivery
Share through RELEAZ while your original cloud links stay private and out of the client experience.
Watermarked Video Previews
Clients review with watermarks in place before finals reach Released status.
Structured Milestones
Move from deposit to final handover with free or paid release paths that fit staged production.
Scope Ledger Visibility
Keep revision requests visible to both sides without turning the portal into an annotation tool.
Stripe Connect Direct
Starter uses a localized flat platform fee (from £2 / $3 by currency). Pro and Studio have no RELEAZ fee per transaction.
Studio-Ready Presentation
Offer a clearer client handover than raw folders, open transfer links, or split approval threads.
Protected review for cuts and grades
Video and motion work reaches peak risk at handover. Finals are large, deadlines are tight, and open Drive or Dropbox links are easy to forward. Studios need review infrastructure, not another upload utility.
RELEAZ presents watermarked previews in the portal while your storage stays where it is. Add Drive, Dropbox, RELEAZ Cloud, or an external link. Clients never need your original cloud shares to review or download.
Milestone path from offline to finals
Use milestones so deposit, offline, and finals each have their own sign-off moment. Toggle payment per milestone. After Approve & Release, clients download individual files or a ZIP during the seven-day download window.
When notes come back, Scope Ledger tracks which files still need work. Release stays paused until that round clears, which keeps multi-file deliveries from leaking unfinished assets.
FAQ
Common questions
How sources, approvals, release, downloads, and revisions work for this workflow.
Can clients preview cuts without seeing my Google Drive or Dropbox links?
Yes. Connect Google Drive or Dropbox, or upload to RELEAZ Cloud. Clients watch watermarked previews inside the portal. Your original cloud links stay private.
Are watermarks available on Starter?
Yes. Starter includes watermarked client previews on supported media. Stronger dynamic watermarks are planned for Pro and Studio.
When can clients download large finals?
After Approve & Release. If the milestone requires payment, they complete Release & Pay on your Stripe account first. Then they can download individual files or a ZIP during a seven-day download window.
How do multi-file revisions work for post-production?
Clients flag the files that need another pass through Scope Ledger. Release stays paused until you clear that round, so unfinished assets are not handed over early. Set revision rounds to match the scope you agreed with your client, or turn revisions off with a toggle.
What can clients preview in the portal?
Common video, audio, image, PDF, text, and Office deliverables preview in the portal. Some specialist formats may show a clear unavailable state until release. After release, clients still download the original file.
Can a project be deposit then finals, not only one transfer?
Yes. Use milestones to stage release across the project, and shape each step to your process. Starter allows two milestones per project. Each can be free release or payment and release.
